SO my LX450 sunroof seems to be leaking and appears it is because of the switches. The tilt switch doesnt work but operates using the open close button. However, when you hold the close button it will close but then tilt open. To close it back you have to use the open side of the switch to tilt it back down. Problem is I have to guess what is actually closed as it doesnt stop at the correct spot leaving me soak in the car wash or rain. Does anyone know what the issue might be?

When you say that it "tilts open" when you close it, are you sure it's not closed there? I ask because mine appears to work correctly and when sliding closed, I notice at the very end, it seems to tilt up a bit. Unless it's clearly visibly open, I would try getting it to that position and see if it keeps the water out.
