still have the drivers side fender?
Would you be willing to cut the bottom foot or so off of each front fender to make shipping cheaper than shipping the whole fenders?

Negative. That moves into custom cutting and will be more expensive.
It could be a pretty rough cut, all I really need is the bottom four inches. I am thinking five minutes with a saws-all would get me what I need. The only bolts that would have to be removed would be the two on the lower part. Let me know if you change your mind.
