Dealer 1997 LC 58K miles W/Lockers

My friend is works at the parts department of Lewis Ford Toyota in Hays, Kansas. They just took a '97 80 in trade. It has 58K on it. It's black and is locked. He says it has a cracked windshield and needs an antenna mast. He also told me they're gonna ask somewhere around 15K for it. I know that's awful high but if someone wants a low miles truck maybe you can call and haggle. Just thought I'd let everyone know.

i have to be honest, from what i have seen searching for the truck i found, 15k is about what a truck of this age and that low millage looks like. so long as its in super good condition and has a clean interior exterior has all the maintenance up to date and has no leaks... for anyone looking dont be fooled by it being at a toyota dealer and assume its in top shape.

i looked at a 1996 with 104k miles mint in and out besides some sort of an oil leak, and the front brifs clicked a little bit on a hard turn, they wanted 11.5 for it took it for a test drive and the front and rear lockers locked in place and would not unlock no mater what i did!! they had to tow it back to their shop finally gave it an inspection and found out that it needed a head gasket the front brifs needed to be done immediately, and as for the lockers, they said it was some bearing or some other nonsense.. overall they wouldn't fix all the problems because it was being sold AS-IS.. so just because its sitting on a toyota lot do your homework and look it over carefully before you plunk down top dollar for a low mile example!!
 
Just spoke to the dealership, they are supposed to be sending me some pictures, I will post them when I get them .
