I have a P0130 and P0133. The O2 sensor is good, replaced with Denso. Traced wires I have 12 volts at sensor with key on, ground is intact, heater wire is intact to ECM and O2 monitoring wire is intact to ECM. Does this mean it is ECM? I tried searching the forums but didn't find anything, sorry if this is a repeat.

The P0133 code is the the upstream O2 sensor. This can be caused by an issue with the mass air flow sensor.
The P0130 code is an issue with the oxygen sensor circuit in Bank 1. Could be from exhaust leak, damage wires and/or low compression.

I would trace the wire connections from the O2 all the way to the loom and hopefully it's just that.
