[STRIKE]$20,000[/STRIKE] (make an offer) PICS on page 3 also

[STRIKE]$18,000 -- NEW Price[/STRIKE]

I bought the truck from Todd Campbell (mud name: 1972fj40). I love it. It goes ANYWHERE!! It is my dream truck and I don't want to sell it. I am, however, in need of cash. So I may sell it if I get the right offer.

It has a totally rebuilt motor at 171,298 with supercharger installed. Over $12,000 put into engine. Ralph Hayes toyota, in Greenville SC, completed the work and the work is completely warranteed by Ralph Hayes. I have all the receipts for the motor rebuild and parts. Everything from the bearings to the timing chain and head has been rebuilt. The interior is in great condition. The carpet has been covered with mats, the back seat has a canvas cover the removable rear seats work and are also in great condition. Here are the pics of the head and the supercharger being installed.

Please contact Todd Campbell or others from upstate cruisers and they will tell this cruiser has been done right!.

Hee is Todds thread for the sale last year:

Here is a thread on Superchargers for those that are interested:

Thanks guys. Bump........

I have a pile of receipts (mostly relating to engine rebuild and supercharger) and found these:

3/18/10 - Tighten Wheel Bearing, replaced tie rod end
2/13/09 - Front wheel bearings repacked
6/18/10 - rod bearings replaced, main bearings and timing chain replaced

I spoke with Todd also. He may remember more.

buuuuuuummmmmmmpppppp..............

Yes, still for sale.

Some more info:

It is a Frankie's Off road 3.5" lift. With Caster correction plates, Frankie Springs and Eldebrock shocks.

I have owned the truck for 7 months and have only done some muddy roads. It has not been rock crawling. The previous owner bought it second hand from someone in Virginia. He fixed it up and put a new motor, [STRIKE]with aluminum ceramic exhaust manifolds[/STRIKE] and a supercharger in it.

I don't know what the HP now is with the supercharger. You can check on the engine rebuild link I have above. [STRIKE]Exhaust vents were put in to help cool it.[/STRIKE] It might not hurt putting a snorkel on it if you do a lot of off roaring. It has PLENTY of "giddy-up" when getting on the interstate. The only drawback is 9-10 mpg and you have to run premium fuel. It is probably worth flushing the radiator every year to keep the cooling system in good shape.

How come you have to use premium fuel - because of the supercharger?

Hmmm I wonder if this would pass California emissions?
Anyone know?
Mike

Update-no exhaust vents on hood. Sorry 'bout that.

I have no idea about California emissions. Maybe someone for Cali with a supercharger could weigh in.

I've been asked about how I fell about trades. My answer is, I don't know. I guess send 'em on and I'll look at them.

Someone PM me about the spare. It has a spare which I carry in the back of the 80. It needs a swing out rear bumper to hold it.

yes, still for sale. PM me if interested.

TTT............

Brand new rear brake rotors and pads added today. Buuuuummmmmmppppp............
