They have been trying to sell this at that insane price of $68,800.00 for a long time? A year? More? I think there was another thread to and people identified a lot of sketchy things about it if I recall.

He finally got his hands on a LC, probably by accident, and realized "Holy Crap these things are built like brickhouses, and wait, no oil leaking all over my parking lot, this is the greatest truck in the world, screw those Defenders, overpriced anyway........ did I do this? Asking 89k for a 94 Defender with rust. Hmmm Where are those Papp brothers, we have work to do"

I could see a locked 40th with that Odo and cleaner than clean topside and bottom pulling somewhere in the neighborhood of that Ask.
But this one is unlocked.
Unlocked 80s aren't going to be in crosshairs for collectors, which means this is just a low mile 80 and worth nowhere near that money.

Copley dropped the price to $49800.

I sincerely hope these guys don't get involved in the Land Cruiser market. Hopefully they lose their shirts on this one.
