I’m trying to replace the lock actuator and I broke the clip that holds the two bars to the door. I think the Toyota part number is: 69749. Any hacks I could do? Do I even really need it? I also broke the clip that attaches the rod to the door handle. Not a fun day working on my Land Cruiser. 🤬😡🥵

Been discussed in the past, try some searches in this forum for Door clip or Door snap.

Which door, which clip/snap? A photo would help.

You may also find a match from online stores, here's one example:

@WyattEarp1918: which snap/clip is broken, can you post up a photo?

Example: photos below are from a FZJ80L left front door:

I wouldn't trust a 3D printed clip. Especially when I could buy a new one from Toyota.

I did that as well and used a zip tie as a "temporary" fix........ last year. They are about $1.30 but I had to wait for a larger order because i didn't want to pay 10 bucks to ship it. The part number I found is 69759-06020
