yep thats an S404 by the looks of it - had one without the radio box.
Swiss Army used them for training - stored indoors and rotated their fleet so they all had really low km's. Good price imo.

406 would mean its a diesel...i think the radio box mogs are 404's....

very true, my misprint
it is a 404 GAS 6 cylinder engine
any offers on either vehicle?

Any interest?

I would love to be able to buy the Mog.

What acactly is a radio box? Is it just a big box that radio equipemnt was stored in?

pretty much, a portable radio setup
somebody needs these

More on the Sub

How's the body on the Suburban? Would you be able to post some more pics or send to gregcgen@yahoo.com?

Is it cloth or leather? Any other mechanical issues? Does it burn oil?

The hood looks a little funky in the picture....is that just the angle, or is there a problem?

Where in NH are ya?

Thx,

Greg C

How much does the Mog weight, estimated?

The reason I'm asking is to see what size trailer a person would need to load it and go cross country. Or, to see what an auto freight company would charge. Is this something that a 3/4HD truck and an 16' 7500lb twin axle trailer with dual brakes could pull?

I personally cannot get my wife talked into it in CA. But my father in Iowa has some interest. I've already sent him the link.

can get specific weight, guessing 6K range

your trailer sounds plenty heavy
need to sell these trucks, make an offer

i'd bet that the 404 weighs closer to 8k, maybe more.......

hmmmm, unladen they're 2600 kilos. that's without a bed. so with the radio box i'd say right around 8k pounds.

either way, bitchen rig! helped a buddy do a clutch and install a pto on his, drive it around some. these things really are un-stopable!:)
