I knew when I built it up that it may end up turning into a short term relationship, but after some serious consideration, the Snowball II is for sale.
Here is my build thread: https://forum.ih8mud.com/threads/snowball-ii.831427/
The truck is in great running condition, no issues, no leaks, all maintenance completed as per the FSM and Toyota schedule. All parts added during the build have less than 400 miles on them as the truck has only been driven to the trail and wheeled four times. Interior isn't great and there are some dents on the body. My concern when I bought the truck was finding something with good maintenance history that was locked that I could turn into the ultimate snow wheeling machine. If snow isn't your thing, sell or trade out the Iroks for some 37's and you'll have an unbelievably capable camping rig.
There's too much done to the truck to itemize on here, but feel free to ask me what's been done to it.
$11,500
Asking price is far less than what's invested, and I'm in no need to sell, just realizing I have far too much invested in this hobby (time and $$).

PM if interested

A sad bump... :-(

You too far north and or east for that... :-p

Dude now a days 5Mil + Hood + Boots + and Mittens = snowboarding...

P.S. - grew up surfing North East winters, same water temp. No thanks.

Bump!

Interior pics for those that have asked; the drivers seat is the only one that deserves special attention, the rest have the typical cracking but not torn through. Rest of the interior is as seen, carpet is fine if not old looking.

I'm going to give it a few more days and then I'll start parting it out. It's a bummer to do so, but with three different people wanting just the axles alone for $$$, it looks like piece by piece may be the way to go.

Did you swap in the 9.5 already in the front, or are people just after the standard e-locker axles with the chromolies and gears?

The "standard e-locker" axles are quite desirable for a lot of folks, particularly the mini-truck/ tacoma crowd, heck, even the 80 series crowd for that matter. With only 25% of 80's being locked (US market), those axles are becoming rarer every year.

I know it (sorry, my post sounded kind of dry there...not on purpose). Just wasn't clear how far you got with the most recently acquired parts from your build thread.

Big fan of your build.

Put me in line for the axles if you end up parting out as well, if they've got the RCV's and 4:88's installed. I'm in the shipping industry so would pay for and lineup shipping (if you were willing).

And would prob be interested in the wheels and tires too.

Thanks.
