Moderators don't provide access. Admins do. Not sure that is even something to give access to. It could be linked to someone else web site that requires access

I posted the 1994 EWD to the resources page. I needed access to post, but I think anyone can download.
@dbek Do you see the RESOURCES tab on the top of the page? If you're using a phone, turn it sideways to view landscape.

No, @jonheld, I do not have that tab available. Appears I’m too new for access as explained by @Romer
