After switch off, engine still try to run.. Is it the fuel line? Or carburetor.. Thanks guys..

That is called dieseling. It is caused by carbon buildup in the cylinder head or plugs that create hot spots which ignite the fuel rather than the spark plugs.

1fz carburetor engine.. But it happens sometimes, especially after long drive.. But will check that spark plug later
 
Happens on carb engines because after ignition is turned off the cylinders draw fuel and air as long as the motor is still rotating. In a fuel injected motor the fuel is stopped when ignition is turned off.

Solution is to use some decarbonization product to remove the carbon.

😅 Decarbo product same like additive solution, things like that? Any recommend brand? Thank you very much.. 👍😃
