1HZ diesel (non turbo) runs perfect, zero blow by

Tranny and cleaned out the filter (previous owner)
A440F Automatic transmission (very common FJ60/FJ62 transmission)
Full float rear axle with LSD
Center Diff Lock (no front and rear)
R134 A/C just recharged blows very cold
Zero rust
Brand new 31/10.50/15's
All new accessory belts
Manual wired glow plugs (in addition to the factory ignition)
Best mpg is 23mpg hwy worst ever was 18mpg all city traffic. The fuel capacity is 25 gallons so if you figured a range of around 500 miles on a full tank! I have went over 4 weeks w/o fuelling up with my short commute!
Never seen a Minnesota winter
*Notice the front speakers inside the door pockets (a previous owner did some custom work which I tried to remedy. It now sounds pretty good! And is now 4 speakers up front.)
*Fuel gauge is stuck on full/ The low fuel light comes on at 5 gallons reserve tank.

This is the only poverty pack diesel I've seen for sale.
I may consider trades plus cash for another USA FZJ80, UZJ100, 4runner, quad cab pickups (Tacoma), or 2003-2006 Forester.
Please note the (poorly) repaired quarter panel and dent in the door.

Full disclosure: I paid 11.8k for the truck (from IH8MUD member MUD AND ROCK)
I have fixed a ton of issues it had, replaced carpet, stereo, speakers, mirror, all accessory belts, extensively cleaned it all up.
I'm asking 12.900 OBO

There's been one or two VX's near that price:
Here's my thoughts.
They've got higher miles (I believe a similar miles VX would be 16-20-sky depending)
they have little to no service history (and who knows what they will need right away) This truck needs absolutely zero maintenance
They will definitely need the main bearings changed if they haven't been. Early 1HZ not an issue (more $)
They are not yet registered with a USA title. (I've got a South dakota title in hand) (more pita in California, more $ again)
You're going to fight or wait to see one at that price.
And They are not sold by a super cool dude who will take you out to lunch when I pick you up from the airport.
