Well its time to sell one of the cruisers. I acquired this 62 this past summer as a DD/ wives cruiser. I drove it quite a bit this summer and fall, land now I mainly drive my 60 and her her GX. So we really dont need 3 landcruisers. I will be in the market for a boat this spring so I am interested in selling the 62 in order to fund the purchase. I have logged about 7-8k during the ownership. the truck runs great and has been very well maintained throught its life. I have recipts from previous owners that exceed the price of the truck. According to the previous owner the truck spent much of its life in Colorado. It apperars it was in FL at some point too due to the window tint being installed there. I recieved it from a gentlemen in michigan. He owned it since 2009. Now some details.

Currently has 200,700 mi, while I've owned it I replaced the TPS sensor, replaced the rusted down pipes with a pair of custom down pipes (Both within the frame rail, w/o Cats), Desmogged, (still have EGR and airpump components) replaced the previously installed 4 runner calipers, thermostat, and serviced all fluids.
By the previous owner, the truck recieved new michelin LTX 235/75-15 tires @193k along with rear brakes, all belts, alignment, fluid services. A new windshield in 2009. During this time of ownership the truck was repainted also. (by a toyota dealer due to a front fender replacement)
The transmission and transfer case where rebuilt by Slee offroad in 2005 @167k. ( including output shaft, and Rear main seal.
It does have a 2"-2.5" lift, with conferr shackles- 2005, relocated diff vent tubes, a list of other repairs took place from 2003-2009, including fuel pulsation dampeners, alternator, knuckles rebuilt, tie rod ends and relay rod, tune ups, and more.
Overall its in great shape, solid body and frame. some minor rust bubbles beginning on lower front doors. minor bubble on RH quarter panel. (will show pics of) Very clean interior, normal seat wear on driver seat. Includes those very fancy seat covers. It has a scion radio unit. and is missing the rear lower tailgate carpet.
Other items that need attention-
-It needs a master window switch, the child lock button fell off and only the driver side works with switch.
-it needs a antenna mast, power antenna doesnt work.
- rear defrost doesn't work, i have a replacement switch havent installed yet. may or may not fix, haven't looked at it yet

A/C works, drives great, overall It is a very reliable vehicle.

I will add more info if i think of it.
I will probably post to craigslist, I just wanted to give the community first dibs. some one who will really appreciate it.

Feel free to ask any questions you have, thanks- Calvin
P.S. It is located in Traverse City, MI

Here are a couple pics of the bad. (not that bad, alot easier to repair than what I have stupidly/ expensively done before)

It pains me to sell this one because it is much nicer condition than the 60 I have overhauled already.

Looks like a damn good deal to me. If only I can make mine look like that for less than 4K in parts/ paint and a ton of my own elbow grease. I should just sell mine now and save myself the grief!

BUT I WON'T:wrench:

The underside of the body and frame are in really nice condition. no rust at the seat belt anchor points or anywhere else. The frame is solid. Slight amount of wave in the rear inner C- channel segment. All spring perches are in good condition. The rear shock mounting crossmember is also in great condition.
The rear bumper crossmember looks solid as well. I will try to snap some pictures of the underside when I have a chance during daylight, or if I drive it into work. Let me know if there are any particular areas you would like to see. I think I named most of the rust prone areas?

Here are a couple pictures of the inner C-channel reinforcement. As you can see the inner channel is a little rusted and getting wavy. seems to be the norm for any 60 series that has seen winter/ salt/ moisture? Sure it can be replaced but, I dont think it is going to fall apart any time soon, considering the abuse I have put myother real rusty framed 60 through.
