234K on original 3FE Fuel Injected Engine that is super dependable and runs great.
Engine Oil change in the past 200 miles
Engine Compression Test from about a year ago all cylinders were 130-136 psig
In the past 15,000 miles –
Automatic Transmission professionally swapped to an H55F 5 Speed Manual, Toyota Clutch, Toyota Slave Cylinder Assembly. The transmission and all parts were brand new purchased from Toyota dealership in crate from Toyota Japan when swapped.
Transfer Case gaskets, seals and bearings replaced
Duracell AGM High Amp Battery
Engine Distributor replaced with OEM Denso unit in 2022
Front Axle Rebuilt – new bearings, seals, knuckle rebuild and new brake calipers, pads
Rear Axle - new bearings, brake cylinders and shoes
OME 2.5” Lift Springs and OME Shocks and steering stabilizer installed in 2018
33” x 10.5” BFG Mud KO3 Tires with less than 1,000 road miles rolling on Grey Powder Coated Toyota Steelies
Kaymar Rear Bumper with additional tail, brake and reverse lights in the bumper.
Trail Tailor Rock Sliders welded and bolted to frame in perfect shape
High Quality Custom Fabricated Winch mount with OEM type Front Bumper, KC Highlights and Ramsey 8,000 Lb Winch
Dynamat sound deadening throughout (Doors, Rear Quarters, Floor, and Kick Panels) Done to a very high level 2018
Tuffy Center Console
SOR Complete Carpet Kit 2022
3rd Row Seating added that are the rear seats from a FZJ80. They are removable see photos. I had planned to upholster them to match the factory seats but haven’t gotten to it.
Nice moderately high-end stereo with 400W amp professionally installed. Sounds good but will need a new head unit. I had disconnected the battery this past winter and the head unit is asking for a security code which the PO doesn’t know. If there’s a way to get a master reset code would be possible to get it going again possibly.
Original Toyota Tools
Things that may need some attention:
Windows work sometimes. They kind of have a mind of their own. I have manual window operators and matching door cards for manual windows to make the swap to hand crank windows. This conveys with the sale. Manual Window operators, Correct window cranks and correct matching Toyota factory door cards for the swap if there is interest in conversion to manual window operation
I bought $150 of seat fabric from SMS Fabrics that is an exact match for the seat fabric to reupholster the driver seat. Look at the pictures of seat. It is a bit better than typical wear on the driver but providing the fabric should the next owner decide to they want it to be perfect.
The AC blows cold but could be colder so would recommend a recharge before summer heat.
Oil pressure gauge sender or wiring issue as this past week it is reading high so this will need a little attention.
Previous owner installed a ARB locker in the rear but there is no compressor, solenoid or switch to operate it. So, if you want it to work you would need to purchase these items to make it functional. I have never really needed it since I just drive pavement and an occasional gravel road.
I have had (4) 60 and 62s through the years. This is a great rig and one of the best I have had, certainly not perfect but a really great driver. Would not hesitate to drive this one across the country.
Let me know if there is picture of something you want to see that are not in the above link and happy to get it for you. Or hit me with any questions.
Asking $27,500
