Up for sale is my 1988 FJ62. I purchased this Land Cruiser in January of this year with plans on doing a 3FE conversion, front disc brake swap, and power steering conversion on my 1971 FJ40. After much deliberation, I've decided to keep my FJ40 stock. I've considered parting out the FJ62 myself, but it is a complete running Land Cruiser that I'd hate to tear up if someone else might be able to use it. The body is rusty, there is no carpet, but as a testament to these vehicles, this thing has always started and runs down the road straight and smooth. The odometer is showing 193761 miles. The previous owner told me that the motor was changed at 92000 miles, but I have no way of proving this. I have a paper FSM that will go with the vehicle. The 4x4 works great. Played with it a little in the snow this winter. The A/C does not work. The windshield wipers do not work. The front passenger turn signal lost a previous battle on some trail before I took possession of the vehicle. The rear license plate light is inop as well. The heater does work. The vehicle is located in Sergeant Bluff, Iowa. I have a clear Iowa title for the vehicle. All I'm looking for is to get my $2800 back out of it, so please no low ball offers. I'm more than happy to answer any questions.

I'm dropping the price to $2000 OBO. Since my original post, the exhaust pipe broke off behind the outboard catalytic converter, and the brake light stays on now. The truck still starts right up, drives, and stops, but I would recommend a trailer for a long distance travel due to the exhaust leak.
