For Sale 1987 FJ60- Solid Daily Driver in Southern Catskills

Hello Folks - I've finally decided to make the leap from my beloved FJ60 to an FJ80. I wish I could have them both, but my better half has me on a strict 3 vehicle limit.

I go back and forth between the Catskills in Sullivan County, NY and Brooklyn, NY. So I can easily make my cruiser available in either place to somewhere along the way.

Nice! I used to go to brunch there all the time when I lived in Greenpoint. Not sure if you've seen mine. I keep it in a garage. There are at least 3 gray 62's. You were parked right on my block in front of one of my favorite haunts, Mug's. Post up some interior and frame pics when you have a chance. Does the AC work well?

Hey, Martin. I was just walking through McCarren Park and saw your 60 there so I went to check it out. It looks really nice. The interior is blue/gray. Driver's seat is worn but not torn. Looks very clean and complete. No signs of any real cancer. Just about 3 small spots starting to bubble a bit. I can't attest to how it runs, but it looks great. Just thought I'd throw that out there for any potential buyers. If you want a nice stock 60 this is a good choice.

Thanks all - this Cruiser has now been sold. It's going to be driven out to LA by its new owner. Bittersweet to see it go, but frankly I'm a little envious of it's new life!

And if anyone knows of a good FJ80 with leather interior (that is not white body color) for under $7,500 - let me know. I'm on the hunt. I'm not really an off-roader, so looking for a fairly stock model in the NYC Metro area.
