Toyota : Land Cruiser : eBay Motors (item 330415409496 end time Apr-08-10 15:59:18 PDT)

Features:

2H Diesel engine, 400psi compression, runs very smooth
H55F transmission, shifts smooth and sounds great
Old Man EMU Heavy suspension kit, with all new greasable shackles and Poly bushings
33" BF Goodrich All-Terrain tires with 90% tread
New Brakes, rotors and pads up front
new frame was cleaned and painted
Everything has been tested and works perfectly

This is being sold by a Toyota shop in Lynnwood, WA. This car has been professionally gone through from top to bottom with its new frame and body. Everything was done 100%, and it will make someone a great vehicle.

Mileage is unknown on this cruiser, but with 400psi compression, it is assumed to be in good condition. It doesn't burn any oil, and starts up every time. I wouldn't hesitate to drive it to NY and back.

The body has a few paint blemishes: peeling clear-coat on passenger door, small coin sized dent on drivers front panel, coin sized rust spot on upper tailgate, and generally scratched here and there. If this car was in perfect condition (no dents/scratches), it would sell for 15k easily so I hope this price is fair with those considerations.

Price is $11,500 obo

does it have AC?

Should have grabbed the floater when you got the motor. Im sure it wont stop the sale. Nice lookin rig.

I didn't just grab a motor, this was a complete HJ60 that received a new body and frame. If it had a full floater at some point, then it was removed and swapped for a semi floater.

Just grabbing the motor and using it in an FJ62/60 would be difficult due to the 12/24 volt difference and the glow plug controller, EDIC controll, etc.

Not to mention having really nice and bright 24v headlights :p

If you had it and didnt use it then that was your bad. Good luck with your sale.

I used the axles that were under the HJ60, like I said I used EVERYTHING the car came with. Are you saying that all HJ60's came with a full floating rear axle?

I assume the PO at some point switched it out

CDN HJ60's came with semi-floaters IIRC. That's a beauty of a truck! Always nice that someone takes care of the rust in a big way. Good luck with the sale.

Thanks man, I have over 200 hours invested in the body and frame swap, not to mention the general maintenance involved.
