Just wanted to try and get a sense of interest for offloading my cruiser should i decide to keep it on a salvaged title. The bad news: I recently rolled it in the snow and insurance wants to cash me out of my beloved ride. Even though the body took some hits, it seems like there is too much great working base to just let it get crushed or picked apart.

The good:
Great working mechanically even now (pending further investigation when I get it back).
Great clean interior
Recently passed CA emissions.
New Clutch and drive train parts
engine purrs like a kitten
Carb was serviced and cleaned recently
New wheels
New tires
New 50' of smog vacuum lines
relatively decent basic paint job

The bad:
Obviously rolling it will beat up the exterior although with the exception of one door and the roof it looks surprisingly unaltered.
Had the dreaded roof rust prior.
cracked windshield

Anyone interested in something like this should i decide to keep it and not decide to take on the project? Anyone interested in it as a parts car?
at a bare minimum it should be a fully functioning wheeling machine or beach mobile with a cut off top.

Sorry to hear.... Post up some pics! As these are getting rarer I would surmise that it's worth more in parts or possibly to restore than give it up to insurance!

 Full (interior) roll cage it...and cut off the roof, make a full soft-top vehicle out of it! Sell the rear hatch cuz you won't need it! Draw it out on paper like those famous hot rodders do!

looks like if you didn't roll the 60, the roof was going to be needed to be replaced due to the rust anyways.

Interested if you decide to part it...
