looks like a nice truck! this will likely get moved by the mods. I'd make sure and post your location and additional detail not in the CL ad. Compression #'s will likely be a good one to show.
I don't know about SoCal, but you might try seeing what comps go for. Not bashing, but price seems a bit high (even with low miles and "no rust"). If it had h55f 5sp, then you'd be in the ballpark - IMHO.
