Do I have the wrong cable? I went to install this one that the previous owner had left in a box. It looks like the anchor point on the rear axle is different. Even the Toyota website looks like its mounted horizontally and not vertically.

That's easy, there are two versions of 60 cables, you have 46410-60100, but the correct cable for your application would be 46410-60101.
