Ill definitely be looking at that spacer I put in. The new booster looked smaller than the old Bendix brand that was on there. The old junker is still sitting on the bench.
The new boosters are smaller but are more powerful. It's hard for me to quantify that as my old booster was on its last legs.
 
I got the new master yesterday afternoon. The very first time trying to bleed it while in the vise I could tell it felt different than the previous MC. I put it in and re-bled everything. The pedal felt nice.
I did remove the spacer off the booster and I had to cut a bit of the threaded rod off the fit with the brake pedal.
I took it for a cruise today and the brakes work and nothing blew up.
