More tub on porn. this thing is talk with the lift and the bigger 16" tires. Currently have the FJ60 rims on he truck but will likely swap back to the splits. I've got something like 10-12 splits to pick from.

Custom stainless windshield hinge, brass bushings from @SouthBostonFJ40 and more stainless hardware from Overland Metric. OE windshield catch knobs and custom stainless spacers.

Drip rail rivets in. Used Tatco rivet squeezer and solid aluminum rivets from McMaster-Carr.

Windshield header riveted in. Used flat head solid aluminum rivets from McMaster-Carr. Final prep and paint of roof underside.

Fuel tank and majority of associated system installed. New fuel tank strap rubber from Australia. No easily identifiable supplier in US for 40mm width.

Steering components going in. New brake and clutch masters. Rebuilt steering with new switches and bearing. Pedal bucket rebuilt.

4 speed and split transfer case cleaned and ready for teardown.
