There was approx. 360,000 km or 225,000 mi. on the engine when it was pulled.

I don't know if the injectors were rebuilt previously.

That will be a tough one, I know that Extreme Bends Inc. (EBI) was selling some 3b exhaust manifolds with turbo fitting. This may fit your 13Bt.

You may want to try Amayama Trading to see if they have new old stock.
