Looking to move from my 1982 fj40 to an 1996-1997 FZJ80 3x locked.

I have a very well preserved fj40 with factory power steering, disc brakes, and tons of maintance available for sale or trade.
Clean and clear Colorado title, new clutch, new rear main seal, and front axle rebuild within the last month. Rebuilt oil cooler, rebuilt carb recently, regular oil and coolant changes. Includes a recently restored 8274 warn winch and 4+ bumper.
$32k or trade for an fzj80 tripple locked of equal value or fj80 +cash

There are 2 small bubbled area nearby but that is the extent of it. The back side of the sil is intact and the floors are all in great shape.
Should be just a little patch work here and there.
