After many years of collecting vehicles and parts I've decided to put up my 1980 restoration project up for sale. Located on I90 in La Crosse, WI. Here's a mostly complete list:
1980 FJ40
clear title w/ collector plates
factory power steering
desmogged w/ weber carb
tri-y headers
brand new BFGs (30”)
no hard top, jump seats. Doors have heavy rust damage, 1 has been cut for ½ door project
Frame rotten in the rear, not road worthy. Tub could be salvaged, been repaired a couple times, body mounts are bad

Frame has been sandblasted and painted w/ 2 part epoxy, has good rear spring plates welded on, ready to build
Original 2f, mounted on a cart. 4speed trans and tc on a pallet, both axles w/good BFG ATs (30”)
Steering box, shaft and wheel. 2 bucket seats. 2 hard doors in pretty good shape. Front bib and roll bar.

I'm into this over $6000, there's a lot of value here - probably enough to build 1 great truck and have a complete vehicle left over. But at this point everything needs to be gone through, except the 2 frames that are done. If you're interested you can also contact Hoz on this site, he's seen it all in person. I can help with loading, but I would think this is a couple trips with a large uhaul and car carrier. I'm not interested in parting out yet, I'd rather leave that to the new owner so they keep all the gems and can recoup some money selling off what they don't want.
