For Sale 1979 FJ55 4x4 White 4 speed 2F Good Restoration Project Complete

For Sale: 1979 FJ55 Land Cruiser 4x4 4 speed, power steering. 2F engine with all emissions intact. Rebuilt carb by FJ40Jim. Recent water pump. White paint applied over the factory color sometime in the 80's. Has rust of course but not too bad. Definitely a restoration possibility. Doors have some minor scaling on the bottom edge but are in good shape other wise. The drivers side rocker has the worst of the rust. The back rockers on both sides by the rear bumper are rusty and will need to be addressed. Both front fenders have poor patches at the bottoms that will need to be addressed. The rear heater is removed but all the lines and electrical hookups are still there. Heater works, all lights/blinkers etc work, wipers work, rear window has power to motor but it doesn't move up or down (currently up). All glass good. Drivers side mirror glass is cracked. Headliner is good with one hole in the back section. Has an exhaust leak at the manifold. Tailgate has some rust as well but not bad. Frame is in great shape. I have one stock wheel for the truck. Speedo says 24xxx miles likely 124xxx miles. Your choice of bad chrome 15x7 wheels and tires or a set of stock 4runner wheels with tires. $2000.00 No surprises.
