Looking for the 16 inch wheels 5.5 to mount 33x9.5 super swampers on. thinking a 2-inch shackle lift. any advise is welcome.

No, hub caps will only work on the city racer wheels

Wagon wheels and split rims do not have clips to mount hub caps. Only the OEM 15x5.5 steel wheels have clips for hub caps, and the aftermarket City Racer 16x5.5 wheels have clips as well.
