I'm selling this for a friend.
Costa Rica import. Lots of work done on it. It was frame off "restored" by a hobbyist/enthusiast in Costa Rica with a couple of hundred pictures showing his work. It's a decent job, but some things could have been done better. LOTS of new stuff. Clutch, pressure plate, battery, new gauge cluster, weatherstripping, turn signal assemblies, headliner, tires, stainless steel bolts, etc. We took it in and had the engine completely oil-flushed and new oil/filter put in. We had a new rear main seal put in because it was leaking. Had all the upholstery professionally redone. Have receipts for work done. It fires up like new and sounds great. Engine was overhauled but not rebuilt. Lots of originality, v6 diesel, OEM floor mat worn on driver side, rare factory radio delete plate, etc.
The PO took rubber seal scrap and used those to make the truck bed mounts. It drives pretty quiet. Steering has been tightened and is good. Very fun to drive around.
Passenger door could use adjustment. Amp gauge inop. Temp gauge inop (probably no thermostat). Missing transfer inner boot seal for shifter. Needs a hood prop. Some scratches/chips in paint. Need a C-clip for the passenger door window handle. No heater. 4wd tested, works. Lights, hazards, wipers, horn, buttons, switches, windows, hood vent, tailgate all function properly. Gets great gas mileage, fun, beautiful truck! Asking $36k or best offer.
