Appears to be An import non-US model. With no rollbar and no red side markers or rear reflectors.
But the price is not terrible-possible opportunity for someone. We need more pictures than the five he provided
I bet somebody could own that for under 10 K

what is the mess above the glove box?
anti inversion shackles, not even close to being correct
