Running 1975 FJ40 with modifications and clean title, registered as a classic car so no need for tabs.

I have owned this vehicle for around 12 years. Here is the list of upgrades done to it since purchase:

Spring over with stock LC springs, shackle reversal, Rancho RS9000 adjustable shocks.
Cut and turned front axle knuckles to correct front drive line angle.
Custom front drive line.
Custom rear axle wrap bar.
Toyota truck disc front brake conversion (all new parts including stainless brake lines).
Longfield inner and outer 30 spine front axles.
4.88 gearing and Aussie lockers front and rear.
All axle/wheel bearings replaced.
New 36x13.5x15 Interco IROK tires (less than 200 miles of use) on steel 15" rims with custom modified valve location.
Full size spare with custom mount built into bed (spare is identical new IROK tire).
Spector Off Road Tiger Top soft top.
Saginaw power steering with custom 1 ton high steer conversion, grant steering wheel and Borgeson steering shaft and U-Joints.
New 4 core radiator and hoses.
New battery tray.
New alternator.
New starter.
New exhaust.
New oil pan.
New distributor.
New tail light assemblies.
Rebuilt Weber carb. with off road floats installed.
Custom roll cage with High Lift jack mount (High Lift Jack included).
PRP seats tied directly into roll cage with RCI 5 point harness also tied into roll cage.
Front and rear D-Shackle mounts.
Body undercoated inside and out, only body rust is the rear channel below the tail gate but it is sealed and painted.
Straight frame with no rust.
Original 2F engine (strong running, no smoke and can drive 70 mph but it isn't quiet at that speed!), original 4 speed transmission and transfer case, both in good condition with no shifting issues.
Dash switches and gauges are all original (no stereo).

Here's the full disclosure bad news:
1. The clutch needs to be replaced. Cost is around $200 for a heavy duty Marlin clutch kit.
2. There is body damage. This vehicle has a large dent in the passenger rear quarter panel and numerous other minor dents. This is not a show vehicle.
3. One of the rear wheel cylinders is shot and leaking. Cost is under $100 for a new one from Spector.
4. Only the necessary wiring is hooked up. The cruiser has a new painless wiring harness installed in the glove compartment. The vehicle runs, headlights, backup lights, brake lights and tail lights work but nothing else is hooked up. All components are there, someone just needs to take the time to hook up the wipers, horn, turn signals, dash lights, etc.

There are a few issues but I have put a fortune into this vehicle; the expensive and major stuff has been done. I am selling because I no longer use the vehicle and don't have the desire to work on or modify it anymore. With a few hundred dollars and a little DIY this can be a reliable turn-key weekend driver or wheeler and I would rather see it go to a good home where it is used and appreciated than just sit outside my house.
