That isn't a 3 speed and I don't recall the 4 speed having a side cover- don't make me go look, its cold out there, sm420 does, 465 too?

That isn't a 3 speed, looks like a 4 speed but the side cover is different than what I remember, maybe the early ones had that or is it an American 4 speed?
fenders are worth $600, if they have not been bondo repaired
this will all buff out. have some imagination.......get a few tetanus shots.......and get it awn!
