I am selling a resto-mod 73 FJ40 for $13,000.

It is located in Ridgefield, WA. which is near Vancouver, WA or Portland, OR.

This vehicle is built up for off-roading.

Frame was sandblasted, cleaned up, and sealed with POR 15
Body was sandblasted, sanded, primed, and painted with 2 part paints.
Driver kick/rocker panel was replaced/rebuilt

Very fair price!

I was never going to get rid of this . . . But I got an FJ Cruiser for creature comforts.

Do you have more pics anywhere? Do you have pics of the before and after "restoration"? particularly of the frame?

Yeah, I have a lot of pictures, but never sorted most of them. Here is what it looked like when I bought it in 2001.

Well I would say you have improved it a little in it's time with you. Pics, lots of pics, will help your case I think

Here is one of the frame after cleaning it up and painting it.

This is kind of fun surfing through pictures . . .

Here are a few of the tub.
The oldest showing the rusted rear sill.
The rear side shot showing the rebuilt rocker panel and rear sill.
Even the dog helped, all paws on deck.
The last was towards the end of sandblasting, patching, and sanding, prepping it for paint.
