71 Toyota FJ40 Landcruiser

For sale is a 1971 Toyota FJ-40 Landcruiser, AKA the green hornet.... Clean and clear title. This rig spent most of its life in MN, and I brought it over to WI for a wheeler, but I have way too many irons in the fire. This cruiser is highly modified with some off road bells and whistles. The body is beat up, but the rust is very minimal. The frame is excellent with no rot or anything like that.

Turn key run and drive rig. I've done 55MPH comfortably, its not a race car.

Everything works the way it should. It has a spring over lift and a shackle reversal. FJ-55 Springs.

This was not built to be a high speed 80 mph daily driver, it is a rock crawler... It could be made into one with little work (gears ect). You probably could drive it home if you wanted, I would recommend that you trailer it.....

$3000 Takes it home

Again? I almost bought this last time when it was in TN. Great rig with a great history and story. It needs to go to another great Mudder!

Since its been in WI, I've drove it twice. Probably 60 miles on it since it left TN.

Currently it sits under my car port.

Two bad disks in my lower back and one in my neck that are not going to get any better are preventing me from using it to its fullest.

Hopefully it goes somewhere where someone will be able to use it and enjoy it.

I should just bring it back home... :-)

Jen would kill me.

Sure is good to see its still around.... Hopefully whoever purchases it keeps it close to home....

Shes seen some trails...

Black Hills and Colorado.... blast from the past.... :-) That F will run on its side..... Ive seen me do it.....
