I'm repainting my truck. I'm putting my front side lights on now. Does the fat end of the side light gasket face the front or rear of my truck? I checked out pictures and I see it both ways. I'm sure one way is correct. Thanks

The fat part goes forward to adjust for the angle the aprons are on the fender. The 68/69 reflectors had the same wedge shaped rubber pads.

Fat side front as LITP says. But I deleted the old crusty rubber on mine and made a new rubber so it was mounted flat cause I think it looks neater. Also, down here they came as a turn signal, not just a reflector. Same hole but and only two extra wires.
