I am interested in selling my Dad's (now mine) 1971 FJ. The vehicle currently lives in Arizona, but was an Idaho vehicle from 1971-2015. My dad bought the truck in 2004 (he was the 4th owner) and used it as his daily driver from 2004-2015. I haven't been driving it as much as it deserves so I'm hoping it can find a happy home with a new owner. Runs great, clean title, passed emissions last week w/no issues.
- The odometer is stuck at ~41,500 but we estimate that the engine has about 75,000 miles.
- Original engine but has a Chevy carb
- Some body and frame rust (see photos)
- Needs new tires
- Clean interior. Minor tear on driver's seat. Dash board recovered.
- Grab and roll bar added
- Vehicle was repainted in 2004 to match original
- Side windows replaced with sliders, but we kept the original windows in case buyer wants to swap them back in
