1970 fj40 hardtop side panels fitment for hatch style 40

Newb Question. Will a 1972 hardtop passenger's side panel (for a hatch) and a 1973 hardtop driver's side panel (for a hatch) fit onto a series "1" 1970 fj40 with hatch? I have opportunity to pick up both of them tomorrow. Your help is much appreciated. I've attached the 40 I'm working on.

Yes, but they might have differences in the window seal.
I cant recall when the glass went from being reccessed into the side, to flush mounted.

Thank you. I was told that the 1970 fj40 was built like the Ford mustang in one part of the year with slightly different specs than the other half of the year. I told you I was a NEW! Lol
