Can someone confirm for me the 4wd dash indicator lamp wiring. I have looked at the various early wiring diagrams and see conflicting information.

I have two sockets, what I believe to be the 4wd indicator has two green wires coming off the back of lamp socket. one in the end and the other on the socket casing.

The other indicator socket believed to be right turn indicator has a single wire but I will have to recall color this evening when back in front of it.

TIA.

they are both correct i have several of those sockets and they come both ways turn signal doesnt really need a ground fwd is its own circuit so it probably need the extra ground wire

The socket with the two wires is correct because it gets the ground from the tranfer switch. If you use the single wire socket it would stay on always.
