Looking for a underside tire carrier. Mine is a bit mangled... I would also be up for borrowing one to use to rebuild mine properly.

That's a good idea. Not alot of fabricating. Make a jig for it.

There also was a threaded piece that hung from the underside to allow tire base to come down. I believe there would be a market for that also.

That is great. Next question is are you willing to reproduce or allow someone to do a solid works drawing and have it made ?
