Hello,,,,,,,,,,I am thinking of buying a 1964 FJ but it does not have the original hard top nor can I find a soft top "frame" . Is there anywhere that you guys know where I can find these two? Thanks, fjfjfj

63 and earlier hard top will require a little work. The B pillar is taller and part of the hard top will be missing on the pre 64. 64 and 65 didn't have the tall B pillar. If you don't have doors those will need to be found also. Probably easier to update the windshield to a late 65 thru 67 then a late thru 74 doors and hard top would fit. Any hard top can be made to work. Some just easier than others.

On the soft top location isn't as important as the hard top. The reason the hard top is still available is because of shipping. Where are you located?

I have seen this top and it's in good shape. Seeing the rig in pieces was a little tuff. She looked as if she was in good shape prior to being parted out.

check the trails- events section for a swap meet near you (cherry valley?). It's the perfect place to meet other cruiser heads who know the person that has the parts you want. I've only been to one so far but it was by far the best source of parts and information I could get.
