16x8 rims on a 62

I have American Racing rims off my 4runner and want to move them over to a 62. Is this possible, does it cause any problems? From the American Racing website these are the stats on the rims: Offset says 12, backside reads 5, 6 hole at 5 1/2.

No issues at all with the 5 on 6 1/2. Do you know the backspacing?

Stock 4runner backspacing would be different and could rub in the front.

Stock 60/62 wheels are 3 1/2" BS.

Carefull that the replacement rim could be 3 1/2 but the cutouts could have a lip that rubs the caliper or the TRE.

You can run spacers. 1" - 1.5" is pretty common.

I have a set of ARE Nitro 16x8's with 4.5" Backspacing and they hit the steering. 1/2" spacer would be plenty with my set up (stock steering) HTH but you are going to have to just fit them and spin them to try.
