What vehicle was this engine originally in and what is the mileage? Is it recently brought in from Japan or Australia?

It's probably a Canadian spec diesel seeing that he's in Vancouver. They have lots here.
it is, most likely, a 24 volt system.

It's a 13BT from a 74 series from Japan
runs perfect
ask him about the mileage though
tranny is a H42
t-case is the usual 1980 solid case with park drum (not sure if it's included)
24v system which is easy to change to 12v
