12 v headlights on a 24 volt system

Another question on 24 v BJ40
All wires and taps in this buggy are 24 volts, based on two 12 volt batteries in series, except for the headlights.
They don't pull 12v off the one side of the ps battery, as that causes all sorts of problems with uneven charging etc.

How is it done?
Can I somehow tap the headlight feeds for 12v after market additions to the cruiser? (eg. cb, replacement radio, gauges etc?)

Try running two light filaments in series instead of parallel on 24V and it will be about right.

15 amp supply should be enough to handle yur headlights. May even handle more lights (markers) if LED's are used.
