Good turnout, I counted 17 Toyotas and 2 Sheep. Including 2 long distance travelers, MaddBaggins in his FZJ80 from Tucson and CodyRx7 in his new LX450 from Cottonwood.

Membership fee structure was slightly modified to make it more fair for those who join late in the year. All new memberships are $20. and includes a tee shirt, sticker and state land use permit, the renew date for everyone is January 1. If the join date is after July 1 the renewal at the first of the year is only $10. If the join date is in December it's good for the next year. The dues are kept low so everyone can afford to join, but the club just breaks even on dues, so if you have a few extra bucks and would like to support the club, Phil will be happy to help you.

The Sycamore Creek retaining wall reconstruction project has passed the wetlands review and now is on to the rangers for approval, that process will not start until after the first of the year. They are saying, plan for sometime in March.

The shindig at Phil's was discussed, see Bman's thread. Phil's neighbor is a Hummer wheeler, so bring your Toyota wheeler, not moma's mini van! Membership renewals are due, so bring cash to hit Phil with!

Wheeling the day after Christmas was discussed, no decision was made on where to go, see the thread on it.

Two events that we would like to have a good showing at are; The, AZ Rocks TTORA event in Florence junction March 17&18, loads of trails and close to home. And Cruise Moab May 3-7 in Moab, Utah, loads of cruisers and slick rock.

Only a couple of us have ever showed at CMs, think we can get a better showing this year?

If the talk turns into attendance, we will have a good showing.:D

Yes...the wife and little one will be there, and wheel. That is why we are staying at the Gonzo. We got a nice suite and all 5 can stay with our dogs...the wife and my mom insisted. Also I have a deposit down so I will be going for sure...how about you kevin? :D
