eBay 104K miles Lexus. Not mine

Too bad the bidders already pushed it past the reserve.

If somebody is looking for an (apparently) clean, unlocked 80, then I suggest they try to work out a deal ex-ebay and avoid the inevitable bidding that is sure to push the number much higher.

It is not a typical BIN situation. I think someone could still just buy it.

I finally had to give up my hunt and bought a 100, or I would be trying to talk myself into being okay with a Lexus, and those fugly side trims.

NHTSB did a study and found a ridiculously high percentage of "low mile" vehicles over 10years old are all odo rollbacks....something like 80%(forgot exact number) and that included dealer, lot vehicle cos. I just sat across the street feom a used car lot in my town having dinner in a restaurant window and watched a shady dewd with a big electeonic device come out of a trunk "after hours" and spent and hour goign from vehicle to vehicle rolling ones back. A handshake from owner of the lot......and some cash exchanging hands and it was a pretty quick process. Eye opening dinner.
