I just had a sweet experience. I picked up my 2006 about a month ago. I was considering 100s and 200s, but kind of came to a 100 mostly for budget reasons...and the 4.7. I just sold my 80 and the guy who bought it left his totally decked out 200 at my house for a week and offered me a killer deal on it. I was trying to figure out how I could rationalize it as it was still more than 20-25k above what I could sell my 80 and new 100 for.
Anyway, I just drove the same light off road and highway loop in the 100 and 200. The 200 is a big pig - fully armored, skid plates, aux tank, etc. My new 100 is totally stock other than 33s for now. My wife and I both much preferred the 100 to 200, except for those sweet air-conditioned seats. The 100 just felt more agile and the form factor feels significantly smaller, like my former 80.
So...nice to have some confirmation that I made the right decision! Vacation for a few weeks and then the baseline and build party begins. Brown Santa is bringing me all kinds of stuff from the Toyota sale, IMPEX, and Partsouq.
