Needing to replace vacuum lines on a 99 LC and having trouble determining the size and approximate length needed to do the job. Have found some dry rot and know it would be an improvement when completed.

Also looking for a good source for the the items needed and would like some bright colors to use. Metric seems to be an issue with the local parts peddlers.

Have made a good search with little success so far.

This is an old one, but I'm bringing it back because I have the same question and can't find much.

Before I saw the part about bright colors, I would have suggested going to your local NAPA and simply buy a few SAE sizes off the roll...10-15 feet of each should give you a start. Larger sizes are shorter on the 4.7 and you can probably add up their lengths easily. Any diameter differences should be inconsequential...i.e., 3mm can be replaced by 1/8 inch, 6mm by 1/4 inch, etc.

I'm not an expert on ricers, but I know they like a lot of color under the hood...maybe a little google??

After all this time and still no answer. Wow!

A little dose of Google has turned up a surprising literal rainbow of silicone hose choices. Supply and demand I guess.

The silicone hoses seem like a good choice from a durability perspective. I was going to check with the local parts houses tomorrow and see what I can turn up. I am optimistic about them having stuff because of the aforementioned demand.
