Using three 100 Series for training. All IFS (100 v 105), V8 petrol, 5-Speed Manual, cloth, no sunroofs, luggage racks, rear side-folding jump seats, rear barn doors, sub-tanks. Two have internal roll cages, two have aftermarket front bumpers, 2 with aftermarket rears (1 ARB), 2 with steel wheels...1 up-armored.

Various pics to follow:

I've heard owners having problems with dust getting in the rear barn doors. But that weatherstripping looks like it's doing a pretty good job. :)

I've had 3 GM suburbans (still have a GMC '91) all with barn doors. To me, they're better than lift gate doors as you can back the truck a bit closer to where you need to be.

Very cool. Thanks for posting. Pains me to see those barn doors - the only thing I don't like about the US-spec 100. I'm 6'2" and still have to crawl in to grab stuff. I miss the barn doors.

I wish we had hood ornaments:skull:

Nice toys. Hope that doesn't mean you will be in harm's way.

Are the 4500 decal ones V8 too?

No safety concerns...thanks, though!

These have been repainted twice...you can see remnants of the first repaint inside the jambs. The decals were added after the "return-to-white" paint job.

The same individual who explained the paint told me they were all V8s...but I haven't looked under the hoods. If we use them anymore this week, I'll take a look to confirm.

One of them is armored.

Glad to see that I'm not the only one. I know it's an LC trademark, but I would much rather have a 4Runner gate: better reach-in, better rain protection when open, and a roll-down rear window. The latter of which is muy bueno for perros!

The one kitted with the ARB is armored.

I've never seen 100's with the 1FZ. Unless its actually a 105, but the OP says it isnt..

I wonder what the 2UZ behind a 5 speed manual handles like, should be extremely powerful...

Thanks for Your Service & the pix!!

First thing I looked for were SFAs...all 3 are IFS for sure.

Popped hoods...all 3 (to include armored) are running 1FZ straight 6 cylinder engines.
