I'm driving to Oregon City to stalk your LC in the driveway and get spy shots!
That would be great! I like my WKORs but they are pretty ugly.
I wish they could be a step, protect and look good like the Mercedes/BMW runningboards

I sketched out a design that doesn't look like a tube slider. 1/2" radius leading edge for the rub rail. Flat top with raised dimples for non slip top that's a removable section. Bumps out in the rear to meet the body panel with section for a step.
But it's only an idea
It's only metal. If you can draw it, cut it out of paper and fold it into a 3D part. Then it can be drawn in CAD and if it can be drawn, it can be cut, formed and welded. That's the basic outline for me.
For you black gun folks, I'm working on tactical breaking choke that should work well on emptying the cranial cavity of zombies

Shane - Is there enough clearance between the lift hatch and this bracket to mount a 2x2 LED cube like a Rigid Dually?
