Wanted 100 Series 1998 - 2001 $10,000 or less

Want to buy a 100 Series LC. I live in east Tennessee so need something close buy. Would be willing to travel up 100 miles for the right LC. Looking to spend less than $10,000 so I know the miles won't be low but that's ok as long as you can provide records of timing belt being changed and other maintenance has been done.
