I'm a mechanical engineer, currently working as a sales manager (US and Canada)

Lots of fun!! No time to get bored!!

I work in the IT industry. I have been with the same company for almost 11 years. While my title hasn't really changed much in the last 6 years, but i've done programming, data mining/analysis, auditing, and now moving more into a Sys Admin role now.

I have been telecommuting for the past two years, and after recent events, feel my days may be numbered. Along with others that have posted, will probably be looking for a new job soon, but in the same industry.

I hear they need a new CEO:D

Hmmmmmmmmm........

You may be right. They've been in the s***ter since the "credit crunch" has begun and they paid homeboy $200 million for severance.

But the Lumber Department is much more appealing, beside I still have three fingers left. :D

DSP software engineer for 2way radio products for Motorola. Besides the big company issues, not a bad job. Just some stats, my 100 is one of only 2 in the parking lot. And I've seen only 1 80. There are around 3500 people at my location.

I’m just Engineer… Digital & analog electronics: design & consulting.

I'm a manufacturing engineer - I work for a commercial HVAC manufacturer in southern Colorado.

My profession is.... Hell, nevermind... I`m just a professional loser looking for attention.

Actually, other than the obvious (as stated above) I`m a burned out automotive retail/wholesale parts manager with over 20 years at my job, whose looking to get out of this God forsaken city as soon as possible and move to a rural area where I can live off-the-grid, grow my own food, tap my own water, and escape our hopeless society.

Gee.. Did I almost sound a bit cynical for a second there ?
